Can you apply?
The fee card's eligibility for the MBA + PGDM is a bachelor's degree, or final-semester status.
Final-semester students can apply before their degree result, alongside graduates. Expect to be asked for the final result once it is out.
Admission is on eligibility — there is no entrance test to sit.
Documents to keep ready
- Class 10 marksheet or certificate, for your date of birth
- Class 12 marksheet and pass certificate
- Graduation marksheets and degree — or, in your final semester, your latest marksheets
- Photo identity, such as Aadhaar
- Recent passport-size photographs
- Category certificate, if you apply under one
- Migration or transfer certificate, if the university asks for it

The admission steps, in order

When admissions run
Subharti's distance admissions usually open twice a year, in January and July cycles. Confirm the last date for the cycle you are aiming at before gathering documents. If you are applying in your final semester, ask how the university completes the admission once your result arrives.
Before you hand anything over
Hand in copies unless the university asks to see originals, and get a written acknowledgement if you hand any over.
Pay only into the university's account, against a receipt in its name. On a programme admitted on eligibility there is no seat for anyone to “arrange” — an offer to do that for money is the signal to stop.
