Privacy policy

This page explains what we collect, why, who sees it, and how to have it removed. It is written to be read rather than to be complied with.

What we collect

Only what you type into an enquiry form: your name, mobile number, city, the course you are interested in, and optionally your email address. We do not collect documents, identity numbers or payment details, and no page on this site asks for them.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry. By submitting the form you are asking to be contacted about admission guidance, and we use your details for that purpose.

Who it is shared with

Our admission desk, and institutions relevant to the course and city you named, so that they can respond to you. We do not sell contact data to unrelated advertisers.

How long it is kept

Enquiry records are retained while your admission cycle is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up. Write to us and we will delete your record.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-4PBTMT17LH). It is the only third-party script here.

• It sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_<id>) so a repeat visit is not counted twice. They last up to two years unless you clear them.
• It reports which pages were read, roughly where from, and on what kind of device. It is not used to identify you personally.
• We have not enabled Google Signals, advertising personalisation or any remarketing feature, and we run no advertising network, no Meta pixel and no cross-site tracker.

To switch it off, install Google’s opt-out add-on, turn on your browser’s tracking prevention, or block cookies for this site. Nothing here stops working if you do — every page is static and readable without it. Google’s own account of the data is in its privacy policy.

Removing your data

Message +91 94151 01772 or use the contact page, asking for your enquiry to be deleted. Include the mobile number you submitted so we can find the record.

Security note we would rather over-state

We will never ask you for an OTP, a password, or a payment to us. If anyone claiming to be from this site does, they are not.
