When admissions run
Subharti's distance admissions usually open twice a year, in January and July cycles. Confirm the last date for the cycle you are aiming at before gathering documents.
Before you hand anything over
Hand in copies unless the university asks to see originals, and get a written acknowledgement if you hand any over.
Pay only into the university's account, against a receipt in its name. On a programme admitted on eligibility there is no seat for anyone to “arrange” — an offer to do that for money is the signal to stop.
